Description
Can now only replace heating elements and heat exchanger together with this kit
34020-00228 Combi elements kit has been in circulation for several years and for various reasons Truma Head Office have taken the decision to discontinue this part with immediate effect. Truma are aware that replacing elements are an expensive repair for customers and They have worked in conjunction with Truma Head Office to find an alternative whilst keeping the price within customer expectations. The element kit has now been superseded by the Combi E Heat Exchanger kit 34020-00228UK. The Combi heat exchanger kit removes the need to replace the elements as an individual item and will allow dealers and engineers to carry out the replacement of the elements and heat exchanger as one part making the replacement easier to carry out and less time consuming. The total time taken to replace the heat exchanger should take around 2.25 hours – a reduction of around 30 mins from replacing the element kit.
(Please see photo to see the parts that are included in the heat exchanger kit – As of june 2023 large brown o ring is no longer in this kit. Truma technical head office has advised that this o ring is no longer needed and is safe to miss out.)
